We are looking for consultants for projects with an economic, financial and IT bias. Consultants work in teams and analyze primary information, test hypotheses, find ways to solve the problem and present the solution to the client.
Our consultants help clients develop development strategies, support financial transactions, develop IT products and solve other complex tasks
- To share our values
- Higher education in economics, finance, applied mathematics, IT, engineering, statistics. The advantage will be the availability of an international master's degree (MBA, MA, MPA)
- For consultants of the initial position, work experience is not required, the mentoring system at CSI compensates for this. However, senior consultants require at least 2 years of professional experience in analytical/consulting structures, industry or financial organizations
- Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other information processing and visualization programs
- Skills in working with statistical data, developing business plans, financial models, and evaluating investment projects
- Knowledge of corporate finance
- Analytical skills, critical and systems thinking
- Fluency in English, knowledge of the Kazakh language will be an advantage
- The availability of ACCA, CPA, PMP, CFA certifications will be an advantage
