We are constantly seeking talent

We are looking for consultants for projects with economic, financial and IT background. Consultants would work in teams and are engaged in the analysis of primary information, testing hypotheses, finding ways to solve various problems and presenting solutions to a client.

Our consultants help clients develop strategies, accompany financial transactions, develop IT-products and solve other complex problems (for more detailed information, please visit the "Capabilities" section)

Additional knowledge and skills:

Knowledge of the process approach and business systems analysis
Business process modelling skills
Experience in the close interaction with financial institutions (banks, international financial institutions, etc.)

Key requirements

Higher education in economics, finance, applied math, IT, engineering, statistics. An advantage will the presence of an international master's degree (e.g. MBA, MA, MPA)

For junior consultants, no work experience is required. The mentoring system compensates for this. Senior consultants, however, are required to have at least 2 years of professional experience in analytical/consulting firms, industry or financial institutions.

Knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other information processing and visualization tools

Skills in working with statistical data, developing business plans and financial models and evaluating investment projects.

Corporate finance knowledge

Analytical skills, critical thinking and systemic thinking skills

Fluency in English, Kazakh would be a plus

ACCA, CPA, PMP, CFA would be an advantage
